We back our Swimava Products with a 3 Month Replacement Warranty against defects and a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee where you can return your purchase for any reason.
*Please note our Swimava 30 Day Guarantee and 3 Month Replacement Warranty do not cover return shipping costs.
We ask that you check your proof of purchase and email the Swimava Retailer you purchased from, prior to returning any merchandise. Provide the following:
1. Your full receipt proving purchase of your Swimava product (check for the Global Swimava Partner you’ve purchased from to contact them directly).
2. The reason for returning or replacing your Swimava product (shipping is paid by customers).
3. The tracking number for your return posting paid by you. We will refund all return shipping costs only if your purchase is defective.
4. Confirm all parts of your purchase are being returned, including original packaging.
* Our 3 Month Warranty offers replacement only. No refund is allowed. We only ship to your original purchase address.
* Our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee offers refund only. No replacement is allowed.
The return must be in its original packaging, and in a box or packaging paper to avoid damage caused by courier labels and damage caused during transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is not received in original packaging and or without acceptable return reasons.
We strongly recommend you return items back to us by courier or registered mail to ensure it reaches us safely and is traceable.
Return Postage Costs
You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. All products not returned in accordance with the return procedures will be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.
We will, however, refund your return costs on items if:
you received an incorrect item, or
you received a damaged item, or
you received a faulty item.
How refunds are issued
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. This will be directly back to your Paypal or credit card account. The refund will be processed once our warehouse has received the item and we are satisfied with the condition of the product.
The refund amount will not include the applicable Delivery Fee.
