On your purchase we will email you an English PDF version of our Swimava User Guide / Instructions which must be read prior to use of our products. This Swimava Guide is also available online.
We reserve the right to ship only to PayPal verified shipping addresses. We pledge to contact you within 24 hours if we’ve received returned orders to our depots as undeliverable to your order address. We are happy to offer two options for you under these circumstances:
We will resend your order by surface to an alternate shipping address at your cost. It may take up to 15-20 business days to receive your Swimava order.
We will refund your order excluding the shipping fee.
